By using BNS IT Solution’s website or services, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
1. Scope of Services
We offer digital services including but not limited to:
- Web design and development
- Social media content creation and scheduling
- Paid social media advertising (Meta, Google)
- Public relations and online reputation management
- Personal brand/profile management
Each project will have a unique scope, timeline, and deliverables outlined in an agreement or proposal.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide necessary materials, access, and approvals
- Respond in a timely manner
- Meet payment deadlines
- Inform us promptly of any issues or concerns
3. Payment Terms
- All fees and payment schedules are specified in the proposal
- Payments are due within [X] days of invoicing
- Late payments may result in paused services
- All payments are final unless stated otherwise in writing
4. Intellectual Property
- Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment
- BNS retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio
- All third-party assets used (fonts, images, etc.) remain under their original licenses
5. Confidentiality
All project information, data, and communication are kept confidential unless the client consents to disclosure or it’s required by law.
6. Revisions and Scope Changes
- Minor revisions are included
- Significant changes outside of scope may incur additional fees
- All changes must be documented and approved in writing
7. Service Suspension & Termination
- Either party can terminate with written notice
- Client is responsible for paying for completed work
- If work is paused due to client delay, we reserve the right to reschedule based on team availability
8. Limitation of Liability
BNS IT Solution is not liable for:
- Third-party outages or service interruptions
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Any loss resulting from client misuse of our work
Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction.
